Thank you, BJ. It was a very calm morning. The fog came slowly across. Later it was all around us and cut visibility a lot. We ascended from the water front later to go to lunch and emerged into the bright sunshine above the fog layer.
Cold as a cat’s heart too.

Three of them.
Then you know whereof you speak. We had two 30 years ago, not since our son was born. Melanie is allergic to pets so that rules out another. We both like them a lot, but from afar.
I’m allergic to them as well. When they expire may be the end of the line.
So, they’re on their 9th lives?
They will live on average another eight to 10 years. Meanwhile I take drugs.
That is cold hearted of them.
They don’t care. A dog sleeps in your bed because it likes you. A cat sleeps in your bed because it likes your bed.
What a wonderful photo. We’ll get fogs like that from time to time — usually down in Galveston, coming in from seaward. They are beautiful, but I don’t like being on the water when they roll in.
This one surrounded us about 20 min later. We could hardly see 100 ft. We left for lunch, ascending the 216 stairs to the car above where it was clear and sunny.
